A second homicide reported in Mobile on Fat Tuesday night, this time at the Popeye’s at 750 Government St. downtown. The victim was reportedly shot in the head and killed around 8:30 PM in the parking lot of the location. Local 15 has a crew on the scene. More information will be made available as we have it.
