Be a Volunteer!  As the 2016 Hangout Music Fest approaches you could work the fest as a part volunteer program!  But there are a few strings attached.

Basically volunteers will pay a $15 application fee and pony up a $250 refundable deposit to cover the price of a ticket. A volunteer then signs up for three five-hour shifts during the festival. If the volunteer completes all those shifts satisfactorily you get the deposit back!
