People outraged as surveillance video recently released by Mobile County Sheriffs Office showing a man dropping off a box of puppies at a local Goodwill.
The suspect dropped the animals back in February but the video was just made public.
MCSO Facebook page says that Mobile County Animal Control is also searching for that man.
