The Gulf Coast Balloonfest Presented by Tanger Outlets is May 6th and 7th. Check out carnival rides, balloon rides and balloon glows, a dog show and more! Live entertainment featuring The Molly Ringwalds! Admission free! Balloon rides are a small charge and can be prepurchased at Gulf Coast Balloon Festivals website or call (251) 943-5590.
They are looking for volunteers on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Crew members will get an up-close look at the launch and flight of the balloons. Volunteers also get a free t-shirt and may even be able to fly with their assigned pilot.
To volunteer, you must be at least 16 years old and be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
