Yup, that guy you constantly see on TV telling people NOT to call him if they’re arrested for DUI, was himself charged with DUI this weekend.

According to the Escambia County Sherrif’s office, David J. Maloney was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.

The attorney was pulled over for speeding around 3 a.m. Sunday in Pensacola Beach.  Deputies say they suspected he was driving under the influence.

Maloney was released a few hours after posting a $500 bond.  His next court date is June 1st.
