A Boy Calls 911 Because His Dad Ran a Red Light?

A young boy named Robert called 911 on his own DAD last Saturday . . . to report him for running a red light!  (It happened in Quincy, Massachusetts.  Then the Dad got on the phone and he and the dispatcher laughed about it.)
