A moron in Phoenix saw a cop speeding without his lights on, and started chasing him to get a cell phone video. So the cop pulled him over and arrested him. (The guy’s name is John Reynolds. His wife is the one taking the video. See the full video below but WARNING: it has uncensored profanity.)
