A guy in Alabama named Daiwon McPherson proposed to his girlfriend by making her think he was in a standoff with police.  He got the real Mobile Police Department to help out with it.  When they got him to kneel on the ground like they were about to arrest him, he pulled out a ring and proposed.  Her name is Shawna Blackmon, and she fell for it.  The cops had non-working tasers pointed at him.
