Future bride Kayla Kilpatrick is without a venue after a restaurant in Bucks County, Pennsylvania has closed.

We’ve heard of a runaway bride, but never a runaway venue.The Water’s Edge restaurant, closed without any warning and the owner was unreachable.

Sadly, Kilpatrick is out of the $43 hundred deposit she made towards the venue. The venue assured local news, the deposit would be returned eventually. Then even ensured that it would eventually be returned. 

While Kilpatrick says that she has not received a call from the venue, she says, “I just want my money back so I can move forward.”
