A new survey says 48% of employed adults are stressed by work, while 29% say stress impacts their sleep.

Another 24% say they have experienced emotional changes due to being stressed.

Here are some tips to relieve stress in 10 minutes or less:

  4. Focus on the present
  5. Receive a hug
  6. Go for a walk
  7. Energy visualization
  8. Have an adult tantrum and let it all out
