Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ family has announced they will be holding a private funeral later this week.

Sources say he will be laid to rest in L.A. “in a small and intimate funeral attended only by close family.”

A larger celebration of life ceremony will be held later for close friends and people who Boss considered his extended family.
