A lady went on a fishing trip in the Florida Keys and managed to find something bigger than fish… 70 POUNDS of cocaine in the water!

The woman turned out to actually be the Mayor of Tampa Bay where her and her family found the illegal substance.

Jane Castor the mayor, her brother, son and his girlfriend saw the package covered with bricks of cocaine floating in the water.

Jane didn’t think twice about what it was with her experience with narcotics training while she was a cop and also the former Tampa chief of police.

They eventually brought into their boat where they transported the packages to the dock near their rental home.

They then called the County Sheriff where officers and two U.S border patrol officers would take the drugs off of their hands.

There was 25 packages full of cocaine which was worth a grand total of $1.1 million.
