Liam Payne has been dealing with some health issues and has led to him having to cancel his tour in South America.

The star singer updated fans on Friday by posting a video saying, “It’s with a heavy heart I have to tell you that we have no other choice but to postpone my upcoming tour of South America.”

He continued by saying, “Over the past week I’ve been in hospital with a serious kidney infection, it’s something I wouldn’t wish on anyone, and doctors orders are that I now need to rest and recover.”

He apologized to his fans that have already bought tickets and have been working on rescheduling the dates but has refunded all of his fans.

His tour was supposed to start on September 1 and go until September 12 while visiting cities like Lima and São Paulo
