A movie prop from the original Star Wars just sold for a whopping $3.1 million.

It’s a 20-inch model of an X-Wing fighter, used in the movie’s climactic space battle and trench run.

The model had been lost decades ago until it turned up in the garage of late Hollywood model designer Greg Jein.
