‘RHOA’ star, Kim Zolciak has filed a counterclaim in the pending divorce filing from her current husband, Kroy Biermann.

Kim has asked a judge for primary physical custody of the kids, but wants legal custody to be shared between Kroy and herself.

She is also asking for temporary and permanent alimony as well as child support.

Prior to Kim filing this counterclaim, Troy also asked for sole custody of the children, child support and alimony from Kim.

Among their shared assets, the couples former Georgia mansion was just listed on the market for $6 million.

Kim has asked that the court split the couples shared assets.
