Paris Hilton has responded to the internet trolls who made fun of the size of her infant boy’s head and insisted that there is nothing wrong with him.

She posted some pictures of herself carrying Phoenix on Friday. While she received some positive feedback from her fans, she also encountered several trolls who made jokes about Phoenix’s head in the comments area.

She responded to one hater by saying, “There are some sick people in this world.☹️My angel is perfectly healthy.”

She continued, “And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.”
