Last week, SZA received the Hal David Starlight Award at the Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction and Awards Gala.

This award honors young songwriters who have made a significant impact on the music industry.

“I’m just beyond all of my wildest dreams. I’m just so grateful,” she said in her acceptance speech. “Thank you for seeing me.”
