Hotel Worker Accused of Selling Liam Payne Drugs on Night of His Death Reportedly Turns Himself in to Police

Ezequiel David Pereyra, accused of supplying drugs to Liam Payne before his death, turned himself into the police after negotiations through his lawyer.

Pereyra is accused of delivering cocaine to Payne on two occasions, once on October 15, 2024, and the next time on October 16, 2024, for Payne to consume during his stay at the hotel.

The National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office No. 14 revealed that Payne had traces of “alcohol, cocaine, and prescription antidepressants” in his body in the 72 hours before his death.

Five people, including Pereyra and Braian Paiz, were charged in connection with Payne’s death for supplying drugs to him, with Paiz facing between four and 15 years in prison.

The hotel’s manager, Gilda Martin, its receptionist, Esteban Grassi, and Payne’s friend, Roger Nores, were also charged with manslaughter for their roles in the events leading to Payne’s death.
