California Gets Their Second Powerball Winner in A Row With The Winner Taking Home $1.08 Billion

A another lucky person in California has won the Powerball and won a grand total of $1.08 billion jackpot, which is the second year in a row that a California resident won.

This Powerball winner is the 3rd highest of all time and against all odds the winner bought their ticker from a store called Las Palmitas Mini Market in Downtown LA.

The winner has yet to announce himself as the winner yet so it is unclear if they want to take all the winnings at once or have yearly payments for the next 30 years.

This win came 8 months after fellow Californian Edwin Castro won the last prize in Altadena, CA.

He has since been sued by someone claiming he stole his winning ticket from another person to collect the winnings however, Powerball believes Edwin is the true winner.

I am sure the winner is having the best time spending their money who ever it may be but leads us to a question would you want to reveal your identity after winning the lottery?
