Doja Cat recently lost nearly 200,000 followers over nickname.

The artist previously insulted fans stating that her earlier two albums were little more than “cash grabs.”

Presently, she’s attacking her beloved nickname, Kittenz, that fans have called her for years following a deleted poll made back in 2020.

Doja Cat has recently struck fans writing,”If you call yourself a ‘Kitten’ or f—ing ‘Kittenz’ that means you need to get off your phone and get a job and help your parents with the house,” she wrote.

When mentioned that she started the poll that led to the nickname, Doja said she did it “when I was an alcohol [sic] teen…” She was 24 when the poll was published.

Doja Cat resumed the quarrel after a fan inquired about an alternative name for her, she replied, “Just delete the entire account and rethink everything.”

She eventually deactivated her Threads account after going back-and-forth with a few more fans.

Following the rants, Doja resulted in losing less than two percent of her 25.8 million followers.
