Reese Witherspoon divorce with her husband has been settled after just four months after she filed.

Reese and Jim Toth both signed the marital dissolution agreement and decided to also sign a parenting plan for their child.

All of the details are not yet clear, however the judge will look over them and will eventually sign off on it.

Witherspoon announced that in March the she and her husband had called it quits after being married for the past 12 years and the split was mutual.

She then followed through with it with filing for divorce a week later and confirming they had a prenup.

The divorce seemed to go over smoothly and no hatred towards each other at least in public and court documents.

This is Witherspoon’s second divorce where she was married to Ryan Phillippe until they ended it after 9 years.
