Drake lost significant money after placing a bet on the Logan Paul fight, resulting in a nearly $1 million loss.
According to The Mirror, Paul emerged victorious over his opponent, Dillon Danis, in Manchester on Saturday (October 14).
Anyways, the victory came about due to a disqualification, as Danis attempted to choke Paul during the match.
Drake’s prediction was for a knockout victory, not a disqualification.
Consequently, the $850,000 wager ended up being a loss. If Drake had won the bet, he would have walked away with a whopping $1.3 million.
Drake has previously placed bets on the Stake platform, where he holds an ownership stake, according to GrandPrix.
In February of last year, it came to light that the Scorpion rapper had placed nearly $1 billion in virtual bets since 2021, exclusively on the Stake platform.
