Timothée Chalamet claims in a long new cover story for GQ magazine that Tom Cruise wrote him an email when they first met during the filming of Dune in which Cruise provided a list of all the motorcycle instructors, stunt trainers, and other people Chalamet could get in touch with.

Timothee said, “He basically said, in Old Hollywood, you would be getting dance training and fight training, and nobody is going to hold you to that standard today. So it’s up to you. The email was really like a war cry.”

He continued on Armie Hammer’s allegations, “I don’t know. These things end up getting click-baited so intensely. Disorienting is a good word.”
