Conor McGregor Won’t Face Charges Over Alleged Sexual Assault During NBA Finals

According to TMZ Sports, Conor McGregor won’t be prosecuted for his confrontation with a lady during an NBA Finals game earlier this summer.

The prosecution stated in the legal documents that there was not enough evidence and conflicting reports from witnesses.

One witness stated that he “did not hear any signs of distress or sounds that would corroborate that whatever was occurring was not consensual.”

According to officials, they also talked with the friend of McGregor’s accuser, who confirmed that the purported victim never stated that Conor had assaulted her.

McGregor’s lawyer said, “After a thorough investigation, including a review of videos and interviews with eyewitnesses, the authorities have concluded that there is no case to pursue against my client, Conor McGregor. On behalf of my client, his family and his fans we are pleased this is now over.”
