Jamie Lee Curtis’ character’s former home from the classic film Halloween has a new owner, who made a fortune on the sale just in time for the season’s climactic nocturnal event.
The house is located in South Pasadena and was used as the setting for the 1978 horror classic has now been sold for $1.68 million. It was initially listed for $1.8 million.
Reportedly, the home has been changed into a three-unit building with the possibility of turning the garage into a fourth apartment, which could be a huge rental income for the new owner.
Are you scared of purchasing a new home in this current housing climate? If so, why?
