Jacob Elordi, who is playing Elvis in the new movie Priscilla, recently shared his prior knowledge of Elvis before taking on this role.

Elordi said in an interview, “[Elvis] wasn’t on my list of people to play.”

He continued, “No, the most I knew of Elvis was in Lilo and Stitch. Which is a lot!”

He added about his audition process, “I watched this clip of him when he came back from the army in Germany. I read the lines for, like, 15 minutes then shot two takes, not thinking that it would go anywhere.”
