Madonna, the best-selling female artist of all time, is on the North American leg of her The Celebration Tour, which celebrates her four-decade career. Despite rave reviews from critics and fans, a clip of her on stage has gone viral for all the wrong reasons.

Madonna, dressed in a reflective skin-tight body suit and futuristic sunglasses, danced in a moving glass box with a pole for support while performing her 1998 hit “Ray of Light.”

However, someone cropped out the box, leaving only Madonna gripping the pole behind her. Many people on X, formerly Twitter, shared the video and made fun of the Grammy winner.

Madonna has responded to social media criticism of her aging before by calling it “ageism and misogyny.”
