“The Daily Show” is bringing back a old friend but may just be for a short period of time.

Jon Stewart who was the host of the show from 1999 to 2015 is back on the show but only on Mondays, the rest of the week they will have fans favorite correspondents on the show.

Along with his one day hosting he will also be the executive producer of the show up until 2025.

“The Daily Show” has been on a rotating cast of guest hosts ever since Trevor stepped down from his role, which led to a awkward and funny moment at the Emmy’s where Roy Wood Jr. was practically pleading for his executives to hire a host.
