Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts have something in common: an alleged stalker.

To fight off the stalker, Kim has asked a judge to grant her a restraining order against Melvin Jeffery Conley.

Kim received a call from Emma warning her about a man who had broken into her home and told her he wanted to contact Kim and her kids.

Conley popped up at Kim’s home last month and was confronted by security and denied entry. In the legal documents, Kim says Conley causes her “worry, concern, and severe emotional distress.”

Emma Roberts obtained a five-year restraining order against Conley. A ruling for Kim hasn’t come yet.
