Baldwin County school board member Angie Swiger is under investigation after an anonymous complaint was filed to the state Ethics Commission.
She said the complaint relates to her real estate business.
Swiger tells us she has not used her position with the school to profit for real estate and said her success has been built over the years.
She is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
As for the ongoing investigation, Swiger has hired an attorney and has already talked to the ethics committee.
