This Foley man named “Eddie” riding his bicycle in the area at night with mail and stolen debit cards allegedly taken from a mailbox and then used at several locations has been charged with multiple counts of unauthorized use of a credit/debit card
Eddie turned himself in after surveillance video of him using the debit cards at several stores was revealed.
