A reporter named Steve Campion was covering the huge flood in Houston yesterday.  And just before he started his report, a guy drove his car right into REALLY deep water . . . and started to SINK!  So Steve ended up going in the water and rescuing the guy . . . but it was funny, because he got pretty annoyed about it.  (The driver was a little confused about what Steve wanted him to do, and at first he stayed in the car while Steve was telling him to get out.)
