Report of a missing teenage girl from Portland, Tennessee may be somewhere in South Baldwin County.
Her name is Jade Mullen and was last seen on Tuesday, April 26. but now reports are that she could now be somewhere in the Foley area?
She was last seen wearing black pants, a black t-shirt, and white sneakers and could also be wearing glasses.
