Former Bachelor In Trouble!

Chris Soules (from the 10th season of “The Bachelorette” and then appeared on the 19th season of “The Bachelor,”) appears to have been involved in a very bad situation.

ALLEGEDLY – While driving his pick-up truck around 8pm Monday in Iowa, Chris rear-ended a tractor.  The tractor was pushed into a ditch.  The result of that accident took the life of the 66-year-old man driving the tractor.

Not if that wasn’t bad enough….Chris left the scene!

Cops tracked him down hours later at his house but he made them get a search warrant before he’d talk with them.

Cops suspect Chris was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash, but that’s going to be hard to prove since he left the scene and then wasted more time by forcing police to get a search warrant before he’d cooperate.  Although it’s a move a smart lawyer would potentially advise you to make, it certainly doesn’t make him look less guilty.  BTW – the police did say that Chris did have alcohol with him in the truck.  However, that doesn’t prove that he was drinking it, or under the influence at the time of the accident.

Chris’ rep reported that Chris was “devastated” to hear that the farmer died in the accident and that Chris’ “thoughts and prayers” are with the man’s family.  You know what kind of pisses me off?  Where were his “thoughts and prayers” when he allegedly hit this guy and left him there all alone?

Right…they were with his attorney, allegedly covering his own rear!  Nice, classy move big guy!
